I'm pleased to tell you that planning for our Evening Under the Stars gala is going very well, and we will deliver an incredible event.
 
To help us achieve our goal of raising funds for our Food Voucher program, we rely on several things connected to the Gala. First, of course is ticket sales. I hope that if you haven't yet purchased your tickets that you will do so soon. Next is event sponsorship. Without our sponsors we couldn't provide everything that our attendees expect: First rate entertainment, delicious food and drink, and a great experience for our guests. It's not too late to become a sponsor! We also have a great live auction during the event.
 
Also, with each year's Gala comes the traditional keepsake event program, so if you'd like to purchase an ad in the program to promote your business or to give a 'shout out' to one or all of the honorees, please do so. Click here for more info on that.
 
Lastly, one thing that everyone loves about this kind of event is the spectacular silent auction. This year we are changing it up, and the silent auction will take place on-line rather than in a big (expensive) tent. We are asking businesses and individuals to contribute a gift certificate for a product or service, or a customized basket or item. The silent auction will be launched on April 1, so we need all donated items by March 16. For more information, please call our office at (760) 325-8481
 
As a contributor, your business name will be displayed at the event on the main-stage screen. Donations valued at $500 or more will also be listed in the program booklet.  
 
We are so looking forward to welcoming everyone back to Evening Under the Stars.
